This has honest to god increased efficiency for me. It's a lot faster, and has everything I'd want besides level search.

He associates a license with that computer.

I'll just let you guys know a few things, since it seem like god and every man add Uberness in hopes for him to accept your license.
If you hoard shit, sell shit for real cash, is a greedy-as-fuck scammer, is a douché, is disliked by either Uberness or me or other of his close friends, have a recent join date, chances is you wont be accepted.
It is likely that accepts will be limited, to avoid scamming being completely destroyed by a massive wave of easymode scammers.

To avoid people joining only with intends to leech from the program.
Me and Uberness have discussed the availability of the porgram a lot, and basically, if we was to allow god and every person to use it, there soon wouldn't be anyone left to scam.

I assume a credibility is earned by being know in the scam trading thread, which imo is stupid, because you can still be experienced in scamming without posting there.

You need to to take part in FP as a whole community, also, like I said above, it is to avoid leechers and to keep the amount of efficient scammers down.

Just wanted to point this little tidbit right here.
I understand hoarding items, totally an acceptable reason not to give a license to this program out.
But, if we don't sell what we manage to obtain, doesn't that make us hoarders? How else are we going to remove items from our backpack? I understand that Uberness may not want people using this as a "Get rich quick" program, but getting people to trade with you is all luck. The program may spit out 12 people who have the items yer looking for, but only 3 of them are actually going see what you want to offer.
All I'm saying is that the way you put it the criteria of who might be accepted, it seems that scammers who give away their hats after getting them are the only people who are going to use it.
If this rant prevents me from obtaining a license, oh well. Back to manually searching.

I joined only to post in the scam thread. Uber doesn't hate me though, and I post elsewhere now too :P
Anyway, the main important thing is "does uberness hate you" as to whether you get accepted.

Being a new poster, being nearly only a poster on scammers thread, and selling things for money(Which is a sign of greed rather than enjoying TF2 as a fun thing) does put you to terrible odds, yeah.
But, this is not the only program in the world, there is others which you can pay for.
