Guys guys guys... I think the important thing here is that you can have the mullet skin and the mullet hat on at the same time. No one can repel hair of that magnitude.

IS there a way to decompile all models? not just players and hats and weapons? i keep getting errors when decompiling health and ammo models.

(Make sure to use DXT5 when importing the materials.) It also looks like the eye's surface clips with the slug's surface so moving the eye outwards would fix it.

the sandman emblem isn't modelled in, it's just a texture... and i'm too lazy right now to edit the texture D-:
