You can't do it, and I'm pretty sure they disappear as soon as the gibbing happens. You can do it with CTX editing, but it would only work on your personal server.

As that guy posted earlier, Would it be possible to have the Jarate Headband where the Belt is, and then add the tooths separately onto the belt? Might look weird, but it sounds like something unique.
I think it's perfectly fine the way it is, you of course have my DL.
What class are you planning on doing next? Even though you're struggling with other stuff. :S

So you are asking to have the Headband wrapping the Sniper's hat, and put the teeth between the headband and the hat?
It could be a good idea, since the only difference right now between the Noble Amassment and the Towering Pillar is the Headband around the Panama, and I suppose they kinda blend if you are not paying attention. That could serve to identify it better having the Headband AND the teeth where the Belt is.
I'll give it a go and see how it goes.

Ok, problems:
The Panama already gives little to no room (had to move one of the teeth so it wouldn't clip with the brim) so the headband would have to be resized in that part. Anyway, that isn't much of a problem itself.
The thing that bothered me was the headband in the front it's too bulky and blocks all the teeth except the bigger one in front, and you can only see the tip, so it would have to be further reduced. Tinkering a bit I managed to get something that much resembled the belt in yellow, instead of the headband.
I could polish it a bit more to fix a bit of clipping and show it, but I didn't like it much like that.
Distinctive enough? I may leave it at that.

My reasoning for doing it that way was because the Tylorean is made of cloth, being light, and the Picklehaube of metal, making it heavy. In my mind, it wasn't right to put the Picklehaube on top of the Tylorean without flattening it because it couldn't support the weight, and it made more sense to me to just have the Tylorean stuck in the spike.
