Have one of the hats hanging off the horn.
Okay, releasing my pancakes right here, right now. I'm proud of the eating animation, and happy enough with the model, but the remaining bugs wreck it. Hopefully I'll be able to fix them in the future. Why cover any of the horns? Just stick the hat tower on the hump between the horns.
So it seems like "A" won. I'll work on it then. Now, some progress on the Elephant Gun (seriously, there has to be a better name for it) courtesy of Pie_Tony. It's just a first take on it and still WiP, so keep that in mind. It looks glossy in places because it doesn't have a alpha map at all. I did a bit of trial and error today until I got something similar to the spy cigarrette smoke, but they cut the framerate in half for some reason. I really need to learn how to make proper particle effects :D

Use jigglebones on the front brim so it pushes up from wind resistance when he runs? (truth be told, I'm surprised of the lack of sombreros in TF2 to begin with)

The pot is even larger that the tyrant helm, that is in turn larger than the soldier's helmet, so if I don't resize them they need to fit some way, and that's the solution I came with.

Any good ideas?[/QUOTE] Skull fracture - level 10 hat of pain ("Aw, dat's a skull fracture fo' sure!") Just a bunch of bandages (like the ones on the scout's hands) wrapped around the scout's head. Completely covers hair and the left eye and ear and maybe has some blood visibly leaking through.
