Who was the person who did the Bombfro again? If I remember right, the Bombfro had a particle fire on it... perhaps the creator of that could help you add particles to your elephant gun? (I am going to feel embarrassed as hell if it turns out you're the creator and I'm asking you to teach yourself to fix the particle)

You can see the in first person, and on cloaked Spies, would be the same here, would give you such a big advantage. Edit: But how many Spies disguise as Scout and cloak then anyways?
I did it, but I have no suggestions. My bombfro actually has a similar bug, when you're spectating players after you die while wearing the bombfro, the players will all have the particle floating near their heads.

Could you make the texture on the above part of the roman helmet red thingie be a little less plain? I mean from the side it looks sort of like hairs, but from above it looks like plastic or something else smooth and shiny. Perhaps you should make it less shiny as well (if that's possible), to make it look less plastic.

I don't have any experience modeling myself so I honestly don't know all what's possible and not possible. Still, I don't say this to be rude, your Roman helmet really is excellent :P However if you perhaps added another texture to the top part of the red hair thingie it would look less like plastic from above.
I still can't get the particles to work, damn it :( Anyway, I'm gonna finish them and let Valve figure something out, once it's ready to send to the contribution site. Also, flip-flop the order (RED first)... I'm not sure if that matters, but I've always done it like that and it's worked out fine.

I had the Soldier's model loaded first, with the Sword&Shield as his weapon. Then I loaded the Sword&Shield as the main model, but forgot to unload the weapon. So I had two Sword&Shield models overlapping. And you can only change skins on the main model in the model viewer so... :downs:
So how's the Sentry launcher?
