Ammo belt clip, mask, beard, the little glowing strap thing (backpack strap) borderlands style sight (a scope it be animated?) And possibly borderlands style Sniper and Sword replacement for Kukri.
Using the TF2 texture style and color pallet.

Roland could actually be either Engineer or Soldier, but Engineer probably fits more due to sentries being entirely Roland's thing.

What would be extra amazing is if they were re-textured in TF2 style. I've always wondered what Borderlands would look like without being covered in thick black scribbles.
