I edited the VMT and the VTF so it [I]should[/I] glow, but I have no means to test it

I'm sure you guys get tons of requests, but I was wondering if it'd be possible to have a model of those crowns that kids get at burger king (I know there's already a crown but those are a little different).
I think it'd work best for the scout, wrapped around his head.

I got bored so I thought up some suggestions.
1 - engie's guitar strapped to his back while still using standard helmet.
2 - (already said but) Trenchocat + fedora combo for spy.
3 - recompiled medic mirror to replace Valve's.
4 - headless sniper + his head as a hat so if someone's wearing a hat and gets headshot, their head falls off. XD
5 - a redo of the camera beard in more of a TF2 style because IMO, it looks like crap.
The guitar and trenchcoat are probably the only good ones. XP
