If you've read some of the creator's posts, then you'll find out that the Sticky replaced the Scott's hat. So the creator fixed it by replacing the Afro with the Sticky Hat.

Tommy Cooper is awesome and so is his hat. I think it'd fit the Pyro better though.

There is a topic about that, called "So you wanna make custom TF2 models" or something. The tutorial for the WorldModel should also work for hats.
Also, just something not described in there: you can only save as SMD when you have a material applied, which must be Standard instead of Arch and Design, and the Diffuse Map must be set to Bitmap. If not, it'll give an error, or just not save the model at all. Really annoying when it happened to me.
Speaking of that: I created a testmodel now (the real one will come later, if I ever finish it) but how do you view it? For some reason, ModelViewer opens up everything fine, but crashes on any custom models.

Was going to suggest the Rice Fields Hat, glad someone is making.
I also wanted to make a tower of hats. Although zombuster already made it, I really like the demoman's tophat model over his. Plus I think it'd look cooler on a medic.
