Be patient, I'm at the bottom, and I'm not complaining.
Everyone will receive their hat in time. I have been pretty busy lately so I haven't had much time to spend on tf2, but I am on 11 right now. Everyone will receive their prize so long as they respond to me when I call them for their prize.
Also going to be away this weekend in Baltimore. I'll get back to giving out prizes when I return.
Update?
Still having a lot going on with life right now. Forgot I was taking driver's ed this week and between that and my out-of-state friend leaving soon and college starting soon, I am kind of juggling a lot right now. Hopefully I will be able to catch up on distributing prizes, I was expecting to finish giving the prizes away last week, but a bunch of people were slow on contacting me.

B. Be online
C. Respond to my messages via my FP PMs or Steam
I keep getting delayed from people not responding so I end up having to skip them in order to move on.
I got all of those things done, just waiting on the other people now.
