I found a glitch from which you can build a teleporter into the red spawn area. (The inaccessable part)
You can place a teleporter through the narrow hole in the glass door above the red spawn.
Pretty fun trapping bots in there :v:

Haha! great find... Thank you so much... Ill be fixing this in the next release! There was a similar glitch in badlands where you could build a teleporter on the outside of the fence near forward spawn.
Help me, I'm retarded. The 24/7 server doesn't show up for me. The only way I know how to access servers from their IP is through favorites. wut do nao?
Follow these steps:
1. Enable your console (its under options > advanced options).
2. Open your console (using the "~" key).
3. Type the following without quotes "connnect 216.52.148.23:27015"
4. Hit enter.
5. Enjoy the map (the server keeps a quota of bots on it so that you can at least have a team).
6. Invite your friends.
7. Leave feedback for me here.
:-) Enjoy.
Just played about 5 or so minutes with bots. Really insignificant, but I jotted down about 6 of my thoughts in the chat and then put this demo together, for what it's worth.

My major concern is the last point. It's pretty much exactly like Dustbowl, and I can't say on a 24-player server it's going to be fun.

Hey... Ya bots kind of cause that problem. Bots tend to cause problems for players on last. They dont cross the pipes on either side of the water (which is different from dustbowl) they just push right down the middle. They dont take the alt drop into last because they dont know that it is a one way drop (same with blu spawn. So the fights never go downward if its only bots and virtually never happen in the water/sewers. That's another massive difference between dustbowl/goldrush/manngrove.
Ill try to take some pictures for you but seriously it plays loads different and is actually inherently alot different than those maps.
Haven't tried the latest version you recently posted but I thought it was decent.
The outdoor area in the beginning is very nice looking and well made, though it doesn't really feel as if the buildings have much purpose. (from when i played they were basically never used)
The end (as said before) plays very similarly to Dustbowl, and the light near the end felt a bit too bright.
The inside feels a tad too crowded and thin, not enough open space if you know what I mean.
Damn this map is awesome.I Wish that big ass door would open with klaxxons or such D:

Thanks for your feedback. The outside area is actually one of the more fun areas and if you didnt get to see much play out there then i suggest you try again. Some of the most fun fights happen when red ownes a building and blue is trying to take it. All the while the cart is either stagnant or being pushed but the blu team is losing ground in the buildings. :-) If you only played with bots then I suggest you try again. Same goes for point 4. Not only is it much less bright in rc5, but it does play very differently than dustbowl the winning team is the one that controls the sewersystem... it connects the left and right house as well as allowing good demo spam to sentries that would otherwise be impossible to reach. It plays the same with bots largely because they don't take the drop that connects into D but they also don't use the pipes on either side of the bridge in the middle. So if you play with just bots you end up with red on one side of the bridge and blu on the other instead of a rich complex fight that you see with human players. As far as the overall feeling of the map it does feel crowded and thing but overall its about as open as goldrush... Its just set inside. As a result you do feel more closed in even though the available space is about the same if not more in some areas. Thanks for your feedback. Join me soon and I would be happy to play the map with you.

I know the TF Bots are extremely dumb and cannot ever mimic the actions and thought process of an actual person, but it doesn't matter if you're playing with bots or actual people, I can guarantee the last point's design WILL eventually come back to bite you in the ass.
I think adding a way onto the bridge or the point from the right and left edges would probably make it a lot more fun and probably better overall. Maybe you could reorganize the current "what the fuck were the architects smoking" pipes for this purpose.
You can jump to the middle from both the left and right side. They are each the exact distance necessary for every class. Also you can cross both ways from those pipes really easily. Perhaps you could draw mw a pic of exaclty what you mean or just show me in game. Also some people like how the pipes look and some people don't. Personally I do.
Ya actually just add me on steam we can play a game with full humans and you can show me exactly whatt you mean by last.

Hmm, actually you're right, the pipes do carry me to the back area. That's good.
I just tried jumping from the ledge to the bridge on the last point, and as every class but the Scout, I kept missing the bridge by maybe 20-50 Hammer units.
Also the pipes may look "cool", but think: would anyone ever design pipes like that in real life? TF2 has style, but that doesn't give you a free pass to make such bizarre things like those pipes. In real life, if an engineer or architect did that, they'd probably be laughed out of their jobs before you can say "Ah, piss".

Ya you don't catch the bridge you actually get the forward part that is connected to the bridge on either side. Its the part with the railing just to be clear.
Seen some great gameplay on the map recently. Loving this version. Anyone have any feedback that has not been shared with me?
pl_manngrove featured at tf2stats.net ... too bad its the older version :-)

I didn't want to reply to this, since I didn't want to spam this thread with a problem I may be the only person having, but whenever I get try to connect, it sits there at the loading screen for a bit before popping up with "Connection failed after 4 retries." This is the only time I've ever had this error. Sorry dude.

Hmmm Not sure why you're getting that error. Have you tried dl'ing the map manually?
You can do so here:

That may be the issue. Not too sure.
So are you going to tone down the brightness of the lights at the last point?
I asked about it before and never got an answer, it just feels really bright.

Its toned down in RC5 by ~45% ... but I may tone it down just a hair more.
Sorry for the late response :-)

Did you ever get a chance to play RC5? RC6 will be out before you know it. It has slightly more adjusted lighting as well.
