Who said it wasn't my opinion? Tf2 wasn't made for surfing. I'm suggesting people should go play it on a game where it was more popular, like cs:s. And lol user above me is raging.

It wasn't made for surfing, but it's functionality enabled it. Air acceleration isn't needed in tf2. As far as I believe, it's what makes props go smoothly through the air or something of the sort.

TF2 surfing is honstly much more fun than CS surfing.

Update broke sourcemod, also Airaccelerate wasnt in TF2 at launch it was added later because surfers asked for it.

Can't the surf servers just add a plugin or mod or something?

Shit sucks. Hope Valve fixes this. Gonna email Robin Walker now.

Surfing is the only time I can play sniper without feeling like a faggot, because headshotting people at long range at high speeds felt like I actually did something.

sv_airaccelerate is a hidden value you just have to download a plugin of some sort, and you can use it

afaik sv_airaccelerate NEVER was in TF2, and you had to apply it using SourceMod with sm_cvar sv_airaccelerate
