True. We don't know what exactly the weapons will do yet. So update pages are still very necessary, not to mention they'll hopefully add achievements for these weapons along with Homewrecker, Shiv, etc.

He probably just means the classic taunt glitch where you start to eat your sandvich but quickly swap to another weapon - you do the sandvich-eating taunt (with no sandvich in your hand), and it doesn't make you wait for a 'refill' before you can do it again.
The downside is, it also doesn't heal you.
They're doing a lot of fixes to Steam Cloud. Could it have to do with the Trading system that's coming soon?

I have my H key set to a script that swaps to sandvich, eats it then swaps to fists before it finishes. Unlimited sandvich and it heals you.
