It's fixed guys, you can turn Refinded metal into 3 Reclaimed metals. No problem here, it was just some weird bug they had going on, it seems.

Try clicking the shop then your backpack again.
I find it incredibly annoying how it costs [B]seven weapons[/B] to get a polycount pack weapon.
