Appeal on the forum in sibling central, the alt ban works by seeing if an IP had more than 1 account on login, if it sees more it blacklists you then at midnight bans you.

And for those asking if they can join, as long as you haven't been banned from the site, you'll be able to join the raffle later today when its setup.
All you'll need to do is login to the site using steam, accept the rules then enter the raffle (once its up).
Simple as that, once the winners have been picked, we'll make a new page which will show you which person to go to to collect your winnings.
I got banned for not giving out items on a raffle that a mod closed before I was able to do what I wanted with it.
