My Solly loadout. Trying to get a R. Lee Ermey vibe.
I love the Original, it's way easier to get airshots with. The Disciplinary Action is great for speeding up my Medic and I, and the Mantreads let me just jump through all knockback and wreck shit. I smack my Medic on the ass, and go flying at near Scout speed and jump right into people's faces and blow 'em up. Surprisingly effective, and during ubers I don't have to worry about the knockback so I just walk up, kill the engy then wreck the gun. I do miss using the shotgun against good Scouts and when I run out of rocket ammo I'm useless, but I never get juggled by other Soldiers and Demomen which is a plus. I rarely ever use the Mantreads to stomp people though.

This is my Spy loadout. I don't play him that much, but the outfit he's wearing I think looks pretty cool. I love playing dressup, no homo.
Soldier:
-cow mangler 5000 or liberty launcher
-righteous bison or mantreads
-equalizer or frying pan
heavy:
-tomislav
-family business
-fists
Sorry but I think that's it's pretty usless to equip the Family Business when you're already using the Tomislav; it's like an inta-shotgun.
scout
scatter/soda popper
winger
sandman
spy
enforcer
knife
dead ringer
PYRO
.Backburner
.Detonator
.Back Scratcher
I don't like using the degreaser, because I think the "puff and sting" strategy isn't as effective as the backburner, unless you're against a heavy. Running in, setting everyone on fire with high damage and pestering afterburn seems to work better for me. By the time you would "puff and sting" someone with degreaser/axtinguisher, you would've already killed them by w+m1 backburner, really. I want my flames to be an effective killer, not a tool to use with my melee weapon. Detonator so I can light people from far away, sometimes multiple people when I detonate it at the right spot. At last, back scratcher, because it is a survival upgrade so you don't have to rely on a medic for health.
Demoman:
Grenade Launcher
Splendid Screen
Persian Persuader
Soldier
Black Box
Reserve Shooter
Equalizer
I use The Original or the stock rocket launcher when I have a medic.
Pyro
Degreaser
Flare Gun
Postal Pummeler
I use the "huff and puff" or whatever it is called strategy, found that it was an useful strategy by myself when I first got my The Degreaser.
Heavy
Minigun
Sandvich
Gloves of Running Urgently
Übersaw, Medigun, Blutsauger. Works well in general gameplay and when I get bored I just run in and stab things until they fall over.
For me, 'tis a Soldier with vanilla Rocket Launcher, Shotgun, and Equalizer. Serves me well enough.
Spy all the way.
Strange revolver
You're Eternal Reward (yes, You're)
Enthusiast's Timepiece
Vintage Vancy Vedora
Totally not hipsterglasses
Vanilla watch is too mainstream.

No phong-pack because my computer sucks. :<
Default Scout or Pyro with a black Glove, the Degreaser, Shotgun, and Powerjack.
Vanilla Soldier, Scout, and Demo.
Shovel crits like a bitch.
As a Spy, I use the Enforcer and Dead Ringer, because I like making people cry over things being OP.
Scout with S. Scattergun, S. Pistol, S. Boston Basher (hit people 2-3 times and move on they WILL die)
or
Medic with Overdose, Medigun (sometimes Kritz or if I'm the only medic on the team Quick fix), Solemn Vow
or
Engineer with S. Shotty, S. Pistol, Jag
Those are the three I mainly play as.
Soldier,
Direct Hit
Reserve Shooter
Market Gardener
Spy:
Diamondback
Dead Ringer
Strange Kunai
I play all classes but heavy. But I main Scout, Soldier or Demoman.
Scout
- Scattergun
- Luger or Bonk!
- Bat or Boston Basher
Soldier
- Rocket Launcher
- Shotgun
- Equaliser
Pyro
- Degreaser
- Flare Gun
- Axtinguisher
Demoman loadout 1
- Grenade Launcher
- Sticky Launcher
- Ullapool Caber
Demoman Loadout 2
- Wee Booties
- Chargin Targe
- Ullapool Caber
Engineer
- Shotgun
- Pistol
- Gunslinger
Medic
- Syringe Gun
- MediGun
- UberSaw
Sniper
- Huntsman/Machina
- Jarate
- Kukri
Spy
- Diamondback
- Knife
- Cloak and Dagger
Scout:
-Strange Scattergun
-The Winger (Fuck my poor aim)
-The Sandman
I don't get why nobody else uses the sandman, screw the 15 health you are a flanking class class, so satisfying to hit somebody and watch them shuffle away in fear as you approach waving a scattergun
Sniper
Huntsman
Danger Shield
Kukri
Damn good loadout if your skill with the bow can compensate not having a secondary weapon.
[editline]5th September 2011[/editline]
For spy I swap my loadout around a lot, but never use the enforcer or cloak and dagger.
I find no use for C&D. Invisiblity watch for the win
Sniper.
Sniper rifle
Smg
Tribalmans shiv.
Perfect sniping setup. Good from far away, and up close. If target gets within melee distance you whack him with shiv, then spam smg and gain distance, usually if you pull shiv they switch to melee, and are left to be gunned down with bleed and smg combo.
