I haven't had a hat drop in well over a year. I've crafted 5 hats since then(500 hours played in total). CRY SOME MOAR. Then get over it, it's called a random hat drop for a reason.

I didn't get hats for a good 6 months, then suddenly got 4 hats in 2 months.

Shitty drop system imo. You need to roll much higher per hour for every hour after not recieving a hat.

1000+ hours of playing, and I think... 6 or 7 hat drops. I'm happy with it.
Hats are the most fun when you don't expect them to come.
