Yeah, on second thought team colors are better. If it's not too much trouble would it be possible as a replacement for a different all-class hat? I kind of like the PoP, but I don't really like the Ghibus or the Parasite.

there are still monsters people have forgotten to use, Godzilla Spines and maybe muzzle for pyro, The fly maybe bug eyes and wings for the scout, Jaws though im sure it has been done shark fin on head of pyro or heavy. Dr Jekyl/Mr Hyde hyde face for medic, Igor Hunch Back for pyro. Ogre, minotaur, or troll things for heavy. Medusa snake hair for...someone? and of course though it has been done before probably phantom of the opera mask for spy. Maybe a gargoyle miscelaneous for someones head or shoulder.

Some of those might be kind of cool. I'm desperately trying to think of Halloween stuff that nobody's done but I'm shit out of ideas.
Here's an idea for a Facade replacement.
A lit candle based off the Mann Manor ones with 2 styles to allow either the wax or the flame to be painted.
I call it "The Wicked Wax"
