It's been forever since I've played TF2, and it just looks to me like Valve don't even test stuff any more. They just model it and put it in the game. It's a good thing you guys are here to... Basically do Valve's job without getting any money.

I'd like to see a bodygroup for the glasses... And some work removing that vest wouldn't be bad either... EDIT: Obligatory bitch about Murphy not finishing the Meet the Medic "casual/surgery" outfit. It was so lovely looking back in Emporium 35 or so...

You might want to try a different decal for Red though. Also is it okay to do a paintover of your pyro shotgun?, slowly trying to learn how to texture.

But if you want it as a practice canvas, i can send you the smd file. But yeah, i'll be using my own texture for it and i don't want you to waste your effort needlessly, if that's ok with you that is.

A side shot(image) of the shotgun will do fine, taking one small and slow step at a time :v: Now that I'm discussing textures, can some more experienced people share some tips, tutorials or general points into the right direction? Or more to the point: where do you start and what's easy for a beginner to do?

I do suggest that you dive into the model texturing process instead of painting over a flat image but sure small steps help a lot. Here's a tutorial on how to do textures the TF2 way...
