That's actually pretty badass. I like it. Unique enough from the regular sentry without being too over the top like most sentry replacements I've seen. However I think the whole fire thing is treading on Pyro's territory a bit.

I like the idea that all weapons would have unique headshot icons.
I would prefer the shot piercing the guy's head from the front though. Headshots in TF2 more commonly happen from the front (except maybe the Ambassador's).
Yes, I know that'd probably make the icon look like gun was fired point blank. :/

Those things could be hellish to spies, since if the gun notices you after a botched stabbing/sapping, you can't just cloak away to prevent getting shot more.

I don't think. Pyro may be more powerful with a fire sentry: the Axtinguisher and the Flare gun are the two main examples. The Pyro will be more Engineer's buddy.

Shifting through my Youtube page again I see :v: . Haven't worked on that little sentry in almost two month. Guess after I finish my last Halloween item I could pick it back up again.
Just a note though: the particle effect is just a placeholder since you can't really swap the bullet projectile to the flames. Least not an easy way since the building stat files are set up differently than the weapon ones.

well the texture and the model is fine (for me lol)... not the bones and the weights though
they look very distorted, I know but that is a weight - animation problem...

Please do release it! The sweater makes the set. I personally dislike the hat the most, though I know it's a necessary part of the set as well.

The modders be willing but the valve is weak.
