wat
I knew I forgot to update something
Aww, I really liked the bomb-only versions of the scores and sticky launcher. The projectiles are distinct enough that the sillohette of the weapon is redundant and cluttery.
What are you talking about? View the preview. I only removed the detailed style of sticky.

Oh look, more fallout stuff for my tf2 [sp]spark I love you[/sp]
Long overdue screen shot. Really early shade and no texture. Comments always welcome.
What's your name, you dirty girl? :q: Since we're looking at what I presume to be base colors for the texture, I don't think that the white is very fitting for the pilot light; it just seems too light-colored and looks a tad out of place to me.
Sweet !
Uhg, I feel really down right now for no good reason, so I made a shitty wrench to pass time.

There will be grays, orange and rusty accents on it by the time i'm done with that part. Also, calling it "spitfire". It fits the shotgun/fire element it suggests and spitfire is the name of a popular WW2 plane that can hint that this is an aviation themed pyro set.
What are you talking about? View the preview. I only removed the detailed style of sticky.
I viewed it... I can't find the projectile-only scores though
Placed all the seams on the model, now to organize the UV map... Perhaps my [sp]least[/sp] favorite part of modeling.
I viewed it... I can't find the projectile-only scores though
It's in the download
Edit: Why am I being rated late? Basicly only item in this pack i've seen already is a single-barrel lver action, and even then it was real ornate, and was based more on the Henry repeating rifle.
Someone has already made the Billy the Kid pack. Hat, Scattergun, and a Cactus for a melee weapon.
Someone has already made the Billy the Kid pack. Hat, Scattergun, and a Cactus for a melee weapon.
Oh. Saw the gun on a page a while back, I guess I skipped the page he posted the other 2.
Placed all the seams on the model, now to organize the UV map... Perhaps my [sp]least[/sp] favorite part of modeling.
UV mapping is easy, Imo.
Someone has already made the Billy the Kid pack. Hat, Scattergun, and a Cactus for a melee weapon.
No pistol?
No pistol?
I can't be arsed to check :v:
New UV, new texture. What do you all think?
New UV, new texture. What do you all think?
Perhaps a smidge too brush-stroke-y but it's not that bad or noticeable, really. Looking great!
I felt like it needed to be done.
New UV, new texture. What do you all think?
I don't really like the "brush" look of the blood. How about MtS looking blood ?
I felt like it needed to be done.
Got reminded of 'The Hungry Caterpillar'
New UV, new texture. What do you all think?
The blood texture looks rather...blocky.
I don't really like the "brush" look of the blood. How about MtS looking blood ?
I'm not sure how I'd encapsulate that look, and right now I'd like to get it compiled and tested, so I'll work on an even better texture later. Thankfully I did the smart thing and the blood is on its own layer in the .PSD!
wip on the ol reliable by left 4 pillz
The shoulder rest thing is going to clip like crazy with Soldier's shoulder. Otherwise it looks really good.
New UV, new texture. What do you all think?
I still don't understand why the entire bullets are lodged in his head. Unless he's fighting Portal 2 turrets, no gun that I know of shoots the whole bullet, casing and all.

So he just shoved bullets into his skull. It no hurt brain too much so bad.
This man speaks truth. Heavy is stypical huge, dimwitted russian. Scout is a typical douchey, energetic youth. The only stereotype breaking character is the spy. He doesnt have nearly enough surrender lines.
Actually, most of the classes are implied to be highly inteligent. Soldier makes reference to several actual historical events as well as the TF2verse historical events, which must mean he has researched history. Makes sense, the guy hates defeat, so he learns from the past to keep from making those mistakes. Pyro, despite being a complete enigma, we can say one thing is for sure. He/she/it is a pyrotechnical genius, figuring out how to make working flamethrowers from everyday items. Demoman, made working bombs at an early age. He's also pretty good with them while drunk. If this man were sober, then god help us when he finally figures out that there are two more barrels in his grenade launcher and thus ups his usable ammo from 4 to 6. Heavy is stated to have a PhD in Russian literature. Basicly, he's a big librarian with a gun. Also consider that he sounds smarter in the Russian version of Meet the Heavy than he does in the English version. Engineer has 11 PhDs. 11 PhDs. The only fictional character with more PhDs is Doctor McNinja. Medic is a doctor. He lost his medical liscense(The thing that let you heal people legally), not his degree. Spy is multilingual. He speaks English, Italian, French, Spanish and Catalan. Doen't believe me? Check the the Official Wiki. There is also the fact that you say the French stereotype is a surrendering coward. Guess what? The French have the third large nuclear stockpile on the planet, and are know for their military might. Hell's, it's why they've survived for hundred of years despite wars with Britain, Spain, and Germany. Scout and Sniper are the only ones implied to not have any higher learning. Scout because he's like 17, and Sniper because it is directly stated he stayed in the Outback for several years. So there. EDIT. WHY HAS NO ONE MADE THIS KNIFE.
highly inteligent.
lol
Soldier makes reference to several actual historical events as well as the TF2verse historical events, which must mean he has researched history. Makes sense, the guy hates defeat, so he learns from the past to keep from making those mistakes.
He also gets some things very, very wrong. Keeps calling the Engie Canadian for some reason. And he has tea parties with wooden cutouts. Who's names he constantly gets wrong :v: I agree with you on the rest of the classes. Though, is Poker Night at the Inventory canon to TF2?
Well, I tried and failed. :| You already have it using two textures, and it won't let me add a second skin to it, though the team colors look pretty good. Just gotta fiddle with it a bit more to get it to work, hopefully lol.
Sorry for late response, I've been at work. If you want two vmt's for each team just do this:
$texturegroup skinfamilies { { "vmt1.vmt" "vmt2.vmt" } //Red { "vmt3.vmt" "vmt4.vmt" } //Blu }
at least I'm pretty sure there is no "," between the vmts.
I felt like it needed to be done.
I would love for the brainslug to actually be white when painted white. Instead of that odd shade it has right now.
