However, I did realise that no matter what, if you were to use that to replace the Pistol, it wouldn't really work that well. Scouts would also have the Pistol model. At first, I thought "Oh, that doesn't matter, I have the Lugermorph, I'll just keep that equipped on my Scout.". Yeah, some other scouts don't have the Lugermorph. So, no matter what, using it would be flawed, as there would be major clipping issues with Scouts. Unless of course you hexed the model into a viewmodel, but then no other Engis would have it, and you wouldn't have it in 3rd person. Speaking of which, taunts. Oh dear god, the clipping.

Hey, are there any tutorials on how to make kill icons? I wanna whip up a few for weapons I've downloaded to help them blend in with NeoDement's excellent kill icons and without bothering anybody with requests. Thanks!

If you're viewing it in VTFEdit, there's an option called Mask somewhere in the menus, you need to enable it to view the texture properly. As to how he managed to get rid of the black that most image editors put when the alpha is equal to 0 I don't know. Personally, I use [url=http://www.imagemagick.org/script/index.php]ImageMagick[/url] but there are probably more practical solutions around.

The kill icons have layers and vtfedit doesn't view them correctly. That worked for me when I needed to get the family business killicon.
