weight paint lets you alter the strength of vertex(groups) when armature is applied to them.
sculpt allows you to use a brush to make indentations and other things to a mesh
Vertex and Texture paint havent got much use in tf2 modeling though.

Put seems only on the outer edges of the shape, not on all edges.

Hey anybody know what SNIPA and ColossalSoft ever did with the original versions of the weapons in their Black Market Business set? The originals looked better in my opinion. The Tomislav, Family Business, and Eviction Notice that we have now in TF2 are very bland.

It was submitted with custom animations, Valve never used them. That is the end of the story.
