After getting the model into the game I realized the true size of my flamethrower... Edit: Actually I just had an idea but it would probably add polys that I don't have much room for... Add a large gaping hole through the skull that looks like it got stabbed with the trident or something, and you can see through the skull. Currently that is totally too in the way to fix

I hate Ambient Occlusion bakes in Maya This is a test model to test shadows, and in Ambient Occlusion Renders it looks like this: [img]http://i.imgur.com/sRIwd.jpg[/img] That's not half bad, but when i bake the render to a texture, the Ambient Occlusion goes crazy and turns into this: [img]http://i.imgur.com/PlTn9.jpg[/img] Fuck Maya recently. 2012 ate my mental ray and corrupted all my files, so i had to move back to 2011, and it's shitting on me too :(

I've had this idea for some time: The arabian pyro pack. If someone would be interested in modeling it, I'd make concepts. Primary: the rug burner idea: carpets. the perfect tool to killim with fire and lay down a carpet of flames. This flamethrower is powered by a bagdhad battery and the propane tank, instead of being attached with a belt, is safely attached by a web of wool strings, not unlike a carpet.
