The Cardiac Arrest should be a needlegun that shoots needles filled with adrenaline. It has a Disciplinary Action effect on teammates, but on enemies it has an effect that stacks up. The needles may do a small amount of damage, but the amount of needles in the enemy's body raise an adrenaline meter for the victim. It slowly reduces over time, but if it reaches the maximum level of adrenaline, the victim's heart explodes.

Full sized honestly matched the size of the razorback and danger shield anyway, it just looks weird because it's much thicker.

Headbands made those happen and if I am not mistaken Micheal Jackson did not wear a headband however he did wear a hat so Micheal Jackson hair could work if it included the hat but if you just want the hair force valve to model the head underneath the beanie and make it a bodygroup also it would fix that clipping problem with the bonnet if people still mind that.
