If you submit an item now, the chances of them looking it up at Halloween are slim, when there will be so many newer items by then. And items submitted closer to the event, will have had that many more days of polish and work put into them.

The edges look far too flat and sharp. Some wear, creases, and bends (in the texture or model, whichever) would go a long way in making it look nicer.
Also, the pupil shape needs a bit of a tweak. Right now, it looks like a slotted screw, where I think a feline eye would look nicer.
