Gorgeous work on the texture! I like how you used that brassy color there. Gives a nice old west feel. As always you did great at making the item feel worn and rusty. I love how the texture still has variation and contrast in color. I don't care for rusty textures that are just [B]brown everywhere[/B].
The wood on the handle is very pleasing to look at too. I like how you made it all cracked and weathered.
The hat and misc are nice models, but I feel this pack needs something more original. I just don't think engie needs [B]another[/B] cowboy hat.
It could at least look a little more interesting. Maybe it could be made of straw with a string going under the chin? It could preferably be a different type of hat altogether, maybe an old styled cap of some sort.

Also, I want to give my two cents tot he Halloween map idea. To Be Honest, I don't like the Taking-A-Pre-Made-Map-And-Spreading-Halloween-Props-All-Over-It idea. It would be much more impressive and rewarding to have an entirely new map(s). Like, maybe a large forest with two logging companies fighting a werewolf lumberjack (like the one posted in a previous emporium) who tries to take back his woods? Or maybe a vast underground complex in the desert while RED and BLU fight over a UFO who is guarded by a Grey Alien with superior weaponry? It would take a while, but we have 81 days, greater maps have been finished in less time.

You may already have a bone structure in your blender scene and trying to import the same structure or part of it. (example, trying to import a weapon smd that includes the weapon bone while you have the model of the player with all the bones already in the scene)
Try unticking the box on the import SMD view on the left where it says "extend to existing model"

WTF is wrong with this thing... At first, I got the jiggle bones to work right, but it wasn't recognizing the weapon bone (even if it was there), now it's recognizing the weapon bone, but the jiggle bones are all spazzed out and not working at all.
