It looks like how a stereotypical cartoon head canister might, but it doesn't really seem to match tf2. It sticks out far too much with that odd green color that isn't really found anywhere else. Try a color like someone suggested from his syringe gun, or possibly another color sampled from the players.
On another note, there is a 95% chance this is getting in game. If it doesn't, I will seriously lose all hope in Valve as a whole.

I wanted to get to making the texture file to a not-yet-completed form of my bear hat. The reason is that since this is my first model for anything, I wanted to see what that was like and I end up with this.

Why oh why are there what appears to be holes in the texture. I put the seam basically on the edge of the inside of the hat and the outside. Remember, anyhting here is not nearly close to finished. Opinions? Is this normal?

you want to join the mesh of the different objects together for your hat, select all of the parts of your hat and press ctrl j
and for the holes, go into edit mode, select all of your hat, and go to the left panel on your screen and press recalculate normals

Well, it couldn't be a misc, as this new version is going to be submitted as a misc and frankly, putting in weapons somewhere as a misc is generally a bad idea, in case someone sees the misc and thinks he has that weapon equipped, when he could have something completely different.

I need some halp. Every time I try to put one of the really small teeth on the texture from the bear hat, it reads it as having a hole and no matter how many times I try to recalculate so the holes seals, it's still there.

For instance; my sweater vest. I submitted that as 256x256 because it's so un-detailed, the texture almost looks the same scaled down.
