The yellow/gold and brown wood don't work together well. The gold is dull looking right now with little vibrancy. The FaN's wood will probably look good on the handle with that gold.
You could also try a gold like the band of Ronin's Capper: [url]http://wiki.teamfortress.com/w/images/thumb/2/28/Heavy_Copper%27s_Hard_Top.png/800px-Heavy_Copper%27s_Hard_Top.png[/url] but I'd choose the crown.
Color is the main thing right now. After that just add some scratches and highlights, and you're good

Make the handle bigger and find a way to make it rape your ear drums while you run with it. Also, make it replace the atomizer.

Are you using the original light warps? The immediate darkness on the large middle part looks like it's those terrible looking beta light warps.

Those jiggle bones look extremely dampened. Make it jiggle less smooth because, as far as I know, bells won't have that smoothness returning to the center. Give it angle constraints instead.

Better. Here is a slight modification in photoshop:

I changed the HSB to make the Bell use Australium gold as a base color.
You could achieve this color by making a new Hue/saturation adjustment layer and slide the hue , saturation, and lightness bars to -6, +19, and -4, respectively.
Should look similar.
