No seriously, I'm confused as to whether the whole thing should be smoothed or just places where you want smooth curves. Decompiled weapons from the GCFs all appear to have full smoothing everywhere, sooo...

Got it now. It just threw me off because I'm using the Ambassador model as a size ref, and that thing has smoothing all over the place.

Not sure the little dealing beneath the trigger is working out. Might end up removing it.
You should reframe the screenshot to show more of the red body, so it's clearer why blue on red is (possibly) a bad idea.
i think team colored would look cooler
blue for red engie; red for blu engine

It looks a little large to me, but that's probably just because the Engineer is fairly small.
It had to be big enough to fit the pouch. Its also just slightly taller than teddy.

The suits doesn't really affect team recognition, though the skin could be gray/grayer imo
It's not bad at all, but it just looks really odd.
Also how did you do the indents in the cylinder, I can't model that for the life of me :x
