The proportions are a bit off; yours looks square from the front, but the sentry rocket module is slightly wider than it is tall from the front. But since it's already modeled and everything, it'd probably just be easier to add the warning label on the side opposite the damaged side like it is on the sentry. I made changes to the Projectionist twice, as well as the name tag. So I want to make sure my models are final before I hand them off. I'm going to start work on the secret item later today, and post a teaser when I do. :3c I already have someone lined up to do the textures.

I know i said that i wont use this helm but after careful thought, the aviator cap was more fitting, in my opinion, to TF2 than the fighter pilot helm. Sure it can be adapted to the TF2 universe but i don't think i can accomplish that in a way that people will be satisfied about it. But we're not in a competition here, you can freely model whatever you want.

Besides I know we are both most likely going to contribute these packs. Also, you've done a great job on the hat. [editline]when[/editline] Actually, I think I might do the ushanka idea even though that would most likely lower the chance of it getting in-game.

Then its up to you to connect those rims to the actual heat shield model. As pogo said, booleans are another way to do it but you have no control on where the vertices land, making unnecessary lines that you'll merge off anyway. You're better off doing it manually.
