They're probably busy with other stuff and styles are probably low on the "thing to add in TF2" list.

See, if I were in charge of the team, I would have implemented the style code in TF2 [i]BETA[/i] instead of TF2, which allows people to make and test styles to contribute. When they have something like 10 styles, [i]then[/i] I would implement them in the main game.
This way, the team doesn't look like dicks.

I intended it for pyro since he seems to cobble together his weapons, and it's a hammer, but it does make some sense to give it to medic, though i don't think it would fit his current melee animations (due to it being a two handed weapon). It's basicly an old crutch with a defib strapped on and the paddles as the hammer faces.

People are just basing it off the fact Brandon didn't add it in when he said he would.
Remember people, this is Valve, they're world known for not doing things by the deadline.
I wouldn't be suprised if it gets in by helloween or the next big update.

I'm sure that at some point in the future they'll add more, it's just frustrating that they couldn't wait until they had [i]more than one[/i] freaking style before adding it into the game.

Hello guys, I need your help. How can I attach a model to the head? I tried the $attachment command but it's keep on falling down from the model.

Hats are compiled with a bone called bip_head, and skinned to it. The engine then is able to attach the hat to the player by using position and rotation of the related attachment point.
It's hard to see where you're going wrong without more info
