Can anyone tell me good settings for unwrapping in blender please?i'm tired of those random black stitches all over my model, even if i modify the margins it won't do anything.

I've got a small request. Could somebody replace The Original's sounds with those of the rocket launcher in Quake 3 arena? Considering the small wave of soundpacks that appeared in the last emporium I'm hoping this won't be too much trouble.
I simply prefer the firing sounds of the Quake 3 rocket launcher to those of the Quake 1 launcher. They just seem to have more power behind them.
