It's obviously DNS (domain name service) issues, wherein imgur's DNS provider is no longer around. They've either not migrated or they haven't delegated, from the looks of the page. :v:
But nobody besides otterwolfy seems to be having this issue
imgur loads just fine for me.

The coat obscures far too much of the character and would totally fuck with the silhouette and quick team color identification. Not to mention there's no way you're going to be able to rig it without a shit ton of clipping.
Also, the weapons are totally over the top and don't fit Sniper. Not to mention they'd require custom animations.
So yeah I guess what I'm trying to say is that I don't like it at all.
Ok, so I've started having a problem recently with Imgur, and all the images people post from there. I used to use the site for uploading my shots too, but now I can't, nor can I see images from that site at all. I see blank space.
Going to imgur itself results in this.

Since like 2 days ago, but it's been going off and on. Earlier I saw the image everyone was going gaga over with the sniper, and now it's gone.

Maybe as a style, have the colours different to each other, mix matching if you will, like, orange and red, yellow and blue?

It's a mod, let the boy have his fun. :C Not every mod made for TF2 needs to necessarily fit. I for one think that it all looks amazing and would love an arm-mounted crossbow.

Some critique:
The shovel sounds that you used from Meet the Soldier lack variation; you should play with the pitch and length of the sound and make two or so extra different versions of the smack sound so that hitting people with it doesn't sound monotonous.
I don't think the Iron Curtain should have unique sounds. Sound identification is an important thing when in a match and since the Minigun and the Iron Curtain are basically the same thing (and are the same type of item unlike the differing melee weapons so its not logically inconsistent to use the same sounds) having different noises throws the player off. With the many different sounds in game already, the fact that sound plays a very important role when threat assessing a heavy and that the two Miniguns are the same item type with the same stats it isn't necessary and possibly detrimental to have two different sounds for the same situation. I would say the same thing about the Lugermorph and the Big Kill, but there's a certain fan appeal to those weapons having their old sounds from the games so having new sounds for them isn't that bad. Also, the Iron Curtain now sounds like a mix of Natascha and the Brass Beast so a player might think there's two heavies revved when its only one.
I think it would be nice if the Maul sounded like it does in Red Faction Armageddon, but if you can't get those sounds its ok.
The Ullapool Caber should use Machete sounds on World hit like Hell-met said.
Everything else I liked.
Also, some crits on your video structure:
You need to be consistent with your demonstrations. Shots of things like the Pain Train were too short and didn't really show off the sound while the Iron Curtain lasted way too long. The taunts are superfluous and only add to the length of the video.
I'd suggest doing the video like the Official TF2 Wiki does to display weapons, only in a different way. Spawn, draw the weapon completely a few times (don't do it like you did with the Big Kill when you cut off the draw sound and animation by quick switching, it's hard to tell the draw sound if you scroll the mouse wheel and make the weapons spaz out like that), swing the weapon in the air a few times, smack the world a few times, smack a player a few times, then turn crits on (through a bind so you don't need to waste time with the console) and do it again. You can do it in itemtest, or, better, you could do it with the actual weapons (if you have them) on that Target map made for showing off weapons that the Wiki has.
Otherwise, great job, and I'm looking forward to the finished project.

I won't interfere with the fact that you don't like it.
However, I have to point out the fact that it's possible to rig it without getting a shitload of clipping, I am texturing the thing and it will be team coloured, and what tells you I can't make character animations?
Besides your personal preference for mods meeting the TF2 design, the rest is no problem to me, and should not affect gameplay.
Just felt I had to point this out :P

I think you should put some dark clouds underneath the pumpkin touching the ground or slightly hovering above it so the particles don't look so weak and they would then look like they could lift the pumpkin.

I already have loads of this work done, some alt sounds that I think are a bit better than the ones you're using (by Pie_Tony), and some better workarounds (like removing the "thp" sound from the Fists of Steel draw) that I think could help you, but you never responded to my previous post about this so...suit yourself. v:v:v
My main critique would have to be the Meet the Soldier shovel sound. Am I the only one who notices that there's very CLEARLY a drumbeat from Meet the Soldier's background music in there? That's the main reason I hate it. Why didn't you just go rip the clean version from HL2? I'm pretty sure that's where it comes from. Even beyond that, I think it's a redundant change anyway; there's nothing wrong with the default sound.
If I don't like your version and I decide to go about reviving my old project that was exactly like this, don't hate on me for stealing any ideas; I had a lot of these changes (like wooden Shiv, for example) already made.
[editline]what[/editline]
Wait a second, I asked before how you're making this work since I was sure items_game edits don't work anymore, but then I found this:
It's true that it is locked. Unless you disconnect yourself from the internet. I've found out that TF2 uses API to get the items_game.txt . So i've disconnected myself and put my edited one. It runs just fine.
So this doesn't work in multiplayer? Or what? Does it only check once when it boots up or something?

Wheres that all around view of the shotgun?
I like it.
Pre-second release! Lemme know if anything's wrong with this at all. I'll recompile on request, will probably hex it shortly for the Summer Shades, since they're more common.

For some reason, when ever i use the shotgun on the world view it just appears as a regular shotgun. If i made it replace other weapons it does appear and i'm just too tired to fix that darn thing. If anyone knows how to fix it you can post it here and i'll try tomorrow. Sorry for that.

Isolate the saturated area to that point though, don't have it bleeding over.

I can see where you made cuts : /
I like that actually decent Pyro pilot hat.
A pack focusing on the "Aero" style of play would be neat, as opposed to the obnoxious puff and sting every pubber thinks is amazing.
