This should be official, and show the hat of whoever they're disguised as.
Oh, look, new soundmods. Number one is "Ready to Die" by Andrew W.K., while the second is a bit of an experiment: It's the simple Dead Ringer uncloaking sound, but the Spy chuckles about half-way through. It adds a bit to the idea and complements the Spy's personality, in my opinion.

So has the guy making the custom unusual particle effects just flown the coop? i was really interested/invested in his progress. the satellite, and cartoon steam coming out of ears were BRILLIANT. I hope at the very least he submitted them.

Oh, and have some concept stats :
Telsa sentry :
Shoot lightning, shorter range
lightning : can spread up to 5 enemies within X meters : Red sentry shoot Blu soldier, but blu scout is next to blu soldier, so the lightning continues and it him, ect, ect.
So, it can shoot multiple enemies if they are close to others, and extend it's range and shoot behind corner with it, but it have less dmg/s than a regular sentry, and less range.
Medieval sentry :
Shoot arrow, bigger range, maybe longer build time ? Resistance to explosion, vulnerable to fire.
Junk sentry :
Replace the autogun with a shotgun.
Damage increase as the sentry becomes injuried
Have legs, follow the engie.
Can't be carried, alt fire switch to follow/wait here modes
Wrangler alt fire make it move the the position.

because it shooting bullets is the only one which makes sense.

Wow i really like "The source"! I think I may go with that. It kind of has layers, it goes well with the whole it' being on the head but it's also a valve reference. Really great job on that name!

The Source seems like [I]too[/I] obvious a joke. Personally, I prefer Birth Mark which is a much more subtle reference, like how Open your mind is.

A broken sattelite dish(or whatever,sorry I ain't engrish),a twisted on sensor module with antennae stuck to it,maybe instead of normal sentrygun style weapon set it to a shotgun(or snipers smg) tied together with sensor modules and gears.
