So I went and tried the Melon Masher's Mallet in TF2, and apparently he holds it differently in first person than he does in world view, which kind of irks me.

Maybe add a thicker grip where the glove is right there. It usually seems to work and not look wrong at all.

I was referring to the fact that his right hand is over the tape, instead of being down on the actual handle. x.x When viewing another player running around with it, you see this;
