I managed to fix the skin (masks) problem and the bone wieght problem :)
now I'm working on the textures!
and... funny bugs xD:

I've been trying to make a Halloween themed KGB, but XSI keeps crashing and Blender won't import anything after the KGB. The idea was to make it look like Heavy jammed his boxing gloves into the bottoms of two Jack'o'Lanterns. Should I keep trying to finish it or just let one of you finish it?

I like the second one more, simply because of that massive pilot flame. Needs more doodads on it though, it looks a little bland top-side. Maybe some kind of air-intake kind of thing? Or those funky things that people put on their hot-rods that sit/go through the hood whose name escapes me at the moment.

Also how's that tacticool Spy gun coming along? I believe you said that it was almost finished, last Emporium? Been salivating at the mouth to replace my Ambassador with it ever since you debuted it!
