On the servers I play on, there's always one or two maps that nobody likes, and yet constantly get voted in. Then people refuse to RTV and we're stuck on the shitty map for hours while both sides are too stubborn to give an inch. (assuming it's not some sort of attack/defend map)
These maps are:
CTF - Powerplant
CP - Black Mesa (not that the map itself is bad, but the center point is capped too quickly while the last point takes a ridiculously long time to capture. And when you're on a 32-player server where people respawn quickly, AND right next to the point, this is not good.), Lazytown, Egypt
PL - Cranetop, Zig
Lazy town, avanti
Hoodoo and Junction.
Hoodoo
Both stage 2 and 3 are just way too stacked for the Defense. All RED has to do is lay down a few sentries and the they can just lock down the cart. RED gets so many flanking routes that it makes it nearly impossible for BLU to build up ubers.
Junction and Steel.
First map just suck, and second map is very confusing.

2fort, although equal i just hate how people ALWAYS set up a sentry on the catwalk.
