Going try out outpost lets see how it goes
But it has the same damn people posting the same damn trades over and over. Also mrtippman is a spamming faggot.
Because people don't spam TF2TP? Also TF2TP actually seems to be loading fairly quickly for me. But that's probably because it's 4 in the morning and most sensible people in this timezone are asleep :v:
The last time TF2TP was on shared hosting. Might have changed, I don't know. But that would explain why it's so slow. EDIT: Yup, they are still using shared hosting (using craphost) which is really a hosting name. TF2TP is getting tons of hits, and it's not a good idea to post a popular site on shared hosting, at all. I guess they are not using virtual or dedicated hosting because it costs too much.
Ya'll like to talk a lot of shit but where is your trade website? How well does it perform? I rest my case.

They have DNS at craphost, but their domain resolves to 66.228.58.55, which is owned by Linode. Who are excellent. I'm guessing they just don't have a decent database structure and/or caching system.
So many fags entering at the same time. Use a better webpage.
tf2tp is slow just like it's userbase

Since their DNS was on craphost, I just assumed that their hosting would be there as well. So I made a small mistake, so what :p.
TF2TP IS infact ran off a toaster in someones kitchen, jesus christ it's slow as hell. TF2outpost is better by faar
TF2TP IS infact ran off a toaster in someones kitchen, jesus christ it's slow as hell. TF2outpost is better by faar
More plausible cause
tf2tp is slow just like it's userbase
TF2TP is run off the brainpower of it's users
Ya'll like to talk a lot of shit but where is your trade website? How well does it perform? I rest my case.
oh god this reminds me of the YouTube community.
PS. I currently prefer TF2TP over TF2Outpost. I like TF2TP's ability to create a description/comment at your item request. Easier to see item's value when you check multiple to get an estimated without looking at the price sheet.

I don't follow the price sheet, at all :p. But I find it easier to check out the comments on tf2tp to at least get an estimated of the items value. Plus, you can check the comments what the user wants for multiple items.
