Just unboxed Unusual Portal. All the sentries have flies flying out of them, and the radio in the beginning plays "Break on Through (To the Other Side)" by The Doors.

Valve almost always allows you to have extras. Either way steam will warn you if the pack you're about to buy won't give you an extra of a game you already own. For trading you can always click, "Buy as a gift", regardless of the publisher.

I'm sorry, but how does this stop scamming? I don't understand how it works.

People can still be scammed if they opt to leave this system, but that's completely at their own risk and is their own fault.

I updated my Steam Client to have the Inventory put-in, It's pretty damned incredible. I think that's why Drunken_f00l got hired by Valve, to Implement a backpack viewer In Steam! But what about crafting games? What will I need to craft Portal 2? I'm guessing 10 Refined...
