I got punched in the back by a heavy while sniping.
Taunt-killed while sniping.
Hit by saw, sees the basketball hoop, 2 Points!
Another one, happened today.
So I was sniping really well on Doublecross, taking out everybody who crossed my path. I thought I was doing so good until I heard a minigun spinning up behind me. Generic "Oh fuck." moment.
On Sudden Death, me (as a Scout), a Medic and a Pyro were up against one soldier. We decided to ambush him somewhere he had to pass in order to get to the next point, so we were all hiding behind a prop of scenery. When it took a while, I decided to check things out by doublejumping, so I could se over the prop.
I jumped straight in a crit-rocket, and and the splash damage then killed my two teammates.

I've died to the hand of the train more times than I can count.
Most embarrassing was with soldier. I rocket jumped right into the train's path.
Getting backstabbed as spy.
on my first day of spy, i saw a soldier reloading, alone.
*uncloak* LE STA- *critical rocket jump*
Also it's pretty darn embarassing to mis-press a key on a double jump and failling straight into an enemy/saw/train/bottomless pit.
I was playing Arena mode as scout and the only person left on the other team was a spy, I found him and beat him to death with my bat and taunted. As I was taunting he uncloaked from dead ringer behind me. You can guess the rest.

Taunt killed by a Spy on the losing team during the last second of humiliation
I was just outside the enemy spawn as a spy, when an enemy soldier rocket jumped & I got caught in the blast & died.
The embarasing part?
The soldier was still inside the spawn!
I singled out a sniper coming out of spawn and i stalked him.
I staabbed him.
I turn around and I see ALL of his teammates behind me.
I Enter bullet Hyperspace.

This is actually the most embarrassing death I've caused.
I was 2fort_engipower.
I was on BLU Roof near the right spawn exit.
I aim a Crocket at a Scout on the other side of the map, When a Medic jumps from the battlement into the crocket.

Once i went eyelander demo on one of the arena maps (sorry,cant remember the name). Only me and a solly left and he was at the end of a cliff back turned against me. I got overcomfident and yelled into the mic "Eyelander powah GO!". Solly noticed and rocket jumped out of the way. Ended up with my entire team laughed at me as i flied down facefirst into the spiky rocks.
Goldrush. I was demo. I got flared. I couldn't make a run for the locker which was down the stairs so I jumped for it. I FAILED.
It wasn't my death, but just three days ago (Saturday) I charged a soldier-medic pair, and the soldier dodged. Since I was already going straight forward (I was charging, remember?) I killed the medic with a crit Eyelander and then taunted over his body. The soldier proceeded to run towards me while shotgunning, and then got decapitated by my taunt kill.
Working on getting the source TV footage from the server owner.
Running after an enemy soldier when I'm disguised as a heavy.
Guess what happens.

Protip: Don't Taunt unless it says Victory
Jumped off the 2fort battlements to my death. Carrying the intel. Of the last cap. As they were taking their last cap out of our intel room.
A medic ubered me when I was jumping off the side of a map so I could die and change classes.

Like seriously, it was the worst timing ever.
Got hit by a crocket just as my team won.
When I reflected a crit rocket at an enemy pyro with an evil grin.
And the fucker popped it straight back.
I rocket jumped, was hit with a bodyshot from a sniper and fell to my death as i hit the ground ;_;
Every time when someone gets an achievement because of my death.
I had low health (maybe ~60HP) and I tried to rocket jump away from the enemies. Just before the rocket hit the ground, someone shot me and my rocket killed me. :frown:
Sawmill. As a heavy, I was defending the point using the giant saw as a shield. The technique was awesome and deadly, until I heard an uncloaking noise from behind me...
I do a 180° spin and walk backwards to mow down the spy without getting backstabbed.
In that split second I realized... "I am walking... backwards? Wait a minute, behind me there is thBBRRRRZZZAW sawed to death.
And the spy was on MY team. Dammit.
I haven't had any REALLY embarrassing deaths, but this one time I was playing on Gorge with one of my friends with me and two on the enemy team, four people in total. One Soldier and One Demoman on each side.
Me and the soldier were battling (Both Demomen were dead, both of us were using the DH and the Equalizer, He had the buff banner) and I was about to die when he rocket jumped straight into the air. I started pumping him full of lead from my shotgun and when he lands...
______ fell to a clumsy, painful death.
I was all like "Fuck Yeah".
