Well all the Koth maps are tweaked a bit. Having the intel room is pointless, and if you fall in the water you're fucked, and without cover it would just be sniper rape.
Remove the basement and each of it's pathways. Maybe just have a path going between long stairs and spiral for Spies and Scouts, so you can still fuck with the other team.
Also, why not make a 1fort, and have the hill be in the fort?
add stairs in the water, falling off would be really annoying

I'm going to edit this and remove the intel rooms and block off large portions of the map, as well as adding a ramp back up out of the water so that people don't have to go around.

I say block off the intel rooms with a door/rubble, add 2 ramps to the sewer.. one on each side, opposite ends.
I have an idea for koth that includes keeping the 2fort intel room.
Once a team has successfully taken the point, a door to the enemy intel alla Meet the Spy will be opened and then your team must balance out keeping the point in line as well as taking the enemy intel. If the opposing team captures the point while the intel door is open, then it will close. Anybody that was trapped inside depending on the team will be let out/gassed. If the room has mixed teams then the winner(s) will have the choice of having the door open or being gassed depending on their alliance.

the fix is almost complete, I'm not just blocking off the intel rooms, I'm removing all the props and decals and overlays and whatnot to get better performance and keep the size down
