Ah, yes. That's how it did it then. Steam was being stupid and refusing to stop downloading whilst TF2 was playing.
In order to this, you must join a server with class limits. Become the character you want to look like, and then click on a limited class for it's weapons. Works everytime. Heavy Sniper = Survivable Headshots.

Daimao, could you post a quick guide here on how to open up the .ctx files to change the loadouts, I'm having a fuckton of trouble opening them correctly, all I see is a load of gibberish cock hair stabbing my eyes with a bottle of lemonaids when I decrypt the files, I'll probably be punished but I couldn't give a shit seeing as though I'll be ( If you write the tiny guide ) using it on my other account.
I think they changed the encryption thing too, which is probably why my decrypter won't work.

I can confirm this as real, saw this on one of the servers I play on.
Really? No one figured it out? I was on a server were you could do this. If you're on a server with class limits, then join a class that has the maximum amount of players. then close the window, and you'll be a different class with the weapons of the class you chose. I.E.: scout with a minigun, pyro with a sniper rifle, etc. etc.
