There is another way to crash servers. You don't even need to be in the server to do it. Hell not even the same game. As long as you have access to the Valve developers console, you can crash any Valve game server on steam. I don't know why I'm telling you this because I'm not going to tell you how to do it. Most servers just restart when you crash it. All it will do is kick everyone out and restart the map cycle.
