I got an epic taunt kill once. With the Eyelander, I charged a Soldier/Medic pair. The soldier dodged out of the way and I crit decapitated the medic. I taunted over the medic's dead body and when the Soldier came running at me with his rocket launcher, I got a taunt kill decapitation on him.
