This is a sample of 80k players or so. The numbers in that tooltip only reflect the sampled counts. I put them there to show the data behind the "percent equipped" metric.

they should get rid of the 3 award hats in this chart. only one person has one of each, so what is the point of leaving it in? apparently, almost all 0.5% of the people with the welding mask have it equipped.

Woo, I have a noble amassment of hats. Apparently the rarest of the all-class hats. Excluding contest winners, of course. And I'm sure that in time, these sorts of hats will become rarer than the class hats that were just added. People can forge a class-specific hat to increase their odds of getting the new ones, but there's nothing they can do to increase their odds of getting a pile/amassment/pillar
