Right, Ladies and Gentlemen, I have looked over the Entries and here what I decided!
Bragdrase's submission wins the tourney. The Image of the Heavy stopping the seemingly unstoppable Scout with his fists has everything that I feel an action sequence of that sort needs. It's dynamic, the expression on the Heavy's face is exactly what I would imagine it to be (and I assume the Scout still can't believe what is happening) and the quality of the picture caught my attention with the focus being centred on the heavy, the blur effect only adding more feeling to the image. A really great job considering a seemingly simple scene was put forward in such an extraordinary way.
However, I do feel there have to be extra mentions here. First of all Coverop's Heavy with the Familiar Fez is really well done as well. The Heavy's face together with the Fez and glasses really do come together nicely! (Where is the Fez Hat for the Heavy Valve?) TheMuffinMan's Entry is also great, a perfect Desktop background (is that a Pootis Bird in the bottom left?), despite this great entry I cannot give it the first prize, since it lacks that "Special Something". Of course, it is very well done, but (you know how artsy people are) it just does not "prod" me enough. Among the clips, Untouched Shadow had a really good movie entry, which in the end argued with myself whether this clip or Brag's entry should win. In the end, Brag won, but, although he gets the hat, I feel the other contest participants deserve something extra. (Those gathered here, and an entrant from the other forum).
Bragdase receives the hat (still in the same condition as I brought it to the tourney!). Untouched Shadow receives a Dalokhs Bar (I feel that heavy will need it after the failure of a Spy catch). Muffin Man shall receive... A Vintage Buffalo Steak Sandvich! Mostly in hopes that it will keep the Heavys' attention away while I make a run for it. Coverop, if he wishes for the smaller prize, the Eviction Notice. Guillebon shall obtain the Fists of Steel, since his entry is exactly about that... Steel!
