Put both models in one .mdl and make the blu version have a transparent texture for the male, and have the red version have a transparent texture for the female. But that does give it twice the polycount.

Anyways, fixed up the dress a bit, removed part of the left side to expose the leg. Pulled the hair back to expose the left ear (actually I did both but I'll fix that :P).

That's ridiculous. It really is ridiculous. Not only is that picture one of the worst for making a model off of, this guy is like a third of the way done with it when it took AyesDyef like a month to get that far.

The only 1 who actually looks 100% female is the spy in that picture. The heavy barely looks if it wasnt for the boobs and the scout.... I dont even know what to say about the scout... It looks as bad in general as it looks like a girl...
