Could you please post a render from the front orthographic view (F key)? It's hard to grasp her proportions since your field of view is very distorted. Also, it looks like an evening gown, and boots seem inappropriate for that fashion. So I'd say the heels make more sense.
For the love of god subdivide! The arms are longer then the legs, the body is bumpy, the dress is fucking long as hell, and for some reason I doubt a female french woman would have that kind of hair style.
