Turbosmooth is the wave of the future. But what it really needs right now are smoothing groups.

Ditched the dress, completely remade the damned thing for the fifth time only to fuck it up again, so I've completely remade the model and started making textures.
(note that the gloves and boots are there, it's just too dark to see them.)

Okay. It doesn't resemble leather, it looks more like you cut off the dress so you wouldn't have to deal with it and rethink the style. It doesn't make sense as an outfit style or any kind of garment I've ever seen, so I'd suggest researching some fashion ideas.

I've never modeled for TF2 to be honest, but I'm doing some research on how the TF2 characters are designed....
And on the ugly part, it's probably because most people try to stick to the original model, causing it to have some "manish" features....

I dunno about you but i think the dress is awfully slutty. Not that the original wasn't but i mean that's stripper-caliber when it comes to the breasts right there. Like the whole "why bother with a concealing dress if i'm going to take it off for money" look. IMO it makes her look less sexy because it loses the imaginary class.
I would really suggest concealing the breasts a little more like the concept in the OP; more clothing [b]can[/b] be sexier.
