Reason being I model a lot for The Sims, not TF2, which is why she looks like a Sim. I will adjust the proportions later....

Are you sure you didn't use the Sims 2 base model? Because it REALLLLLY looks like it, especially with the ripped model style perspective distortion and smoothing group lack.

I had shown it before, but you said you had problems with the crotch (dunno if it was the first or the 2nd). It sorta looks like your own dress, but looks better imo because of the whorish style (without combat gear ofc)
Also, maybe she could be a little taller and maybe a little less thin? She's close to being a scout. OFC not make her a muscle menace, but just give her some better, more combat physique instead of a skinny top model.
Ask for some help around. If you correct that crotch, it may be The Key :)

Decompile the mdl, and import one of the .smd's into 3ds max

Just because it looks similar doesn't mean I ripped it from The Sims 2. It looks like The Sims because I usually model for the Sims and I'm quite used to those proportions, this is my first time modeling for any Source game.
